Room for improvement
Todd & Roberts Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful staff
The staff at Todd & Roberts Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Five stars all around

Amazing customer service

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Todd & Roberts Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
