Good value
I appreciate that Todd & McNeil Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Todd & McNeil Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
