Pretty good
Todd & Ford Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Todd & Ford Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Okay but not great
Used Todd & Ford Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Solid broker
Todd & Ford Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Todd & Ford Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
