Lost my documents
Todd & Co. Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Todd & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Solid broker
Todd & Co. Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Todd & Co. Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
