Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Todd & Associates Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Good value
I appreciate that Todd & Associates Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Todd & Associates Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
