Amazing customer service
The staff at Timber Insurance Group are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Timber Insurance Group was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Family business feel

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Timber Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
