Could be better
The rates Timber Insurance Agency found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Okay but not great

Helpful staff

Good overall experience

Helpful but slow
The broker at Timber Insurance Agency was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
