Solid broker
ThunderStone Insurance Services is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Slow and unresponsive
ThunderStone Insurance Services was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Okay but not great

Helpful staff

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with ThunderStone Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
