Okay but not great
Used ThunderRock Insurance Advisors for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with ThunderRock Insurance Advisors. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Could be better
The rates ThunderRock Insurance Advisors found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from ThunderRock Insurance Advisors. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
