Couldn't be happier
Switched all my insurance to ThunderRidge Insurance Partners last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with ThunderRidge Insurance Partners was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Lost my documents
ThunderRidge Insurance Partners lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Good overall experience
