Poor communication
My biggest issue with ThunderMount Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at ThunderMount Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with ThunderMount Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
