Reliable broker
Been with ThunderMeadow Brokerage for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Helpful but slow
The broker at ThunderMeadow Brokerage was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Decent service

Slow and unresponsive
ThunderMeadow Brokerage was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
ThunderMeadow Brokerage handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
