Family business feel

Slow and unresponsive
ThunderFalls Financial & Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Could be better

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with ThunderFalls Financial & Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
