Helpful staff
The staff at Thompson Risk Management were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Okay but not great
Used Thompson Risk Management for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Thompson Risk Management. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
