Lost my documents
Thompson & Partners Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Thompson & Partners Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Thompson & Partners Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
