Lost my documents

Insurance made simple

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Thompson & Nelson Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Thompson & Nelson Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
