Great for bundling

Reliable broker

Okay but not great
Used Thompson & Kelly Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Thompson & Kelly Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.
