Lost my documents
Thompson Insurance Ltd. lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Pretty good

Solid broker
Thompson Insurance Ltd. is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Thompson Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
