Saved us money on auto insurance

Reliable broker
Been with Thompson & Freeman Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Thompson & Freeman Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
