Great for bundling
Thompson & Co. Insurance bundled our home, auto, and umbrella policies together and saved us a ton. One broker handling everything makes life so much easier.

Slow and unresponsive
Thompson & Co. Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Thompson & Co. Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Five stars all around
Switched to Thompson & Co. Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Multi-policy savings

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Thompson & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Solid broker
Thompson & Co. Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.
