Happy with the savings

Room for improvement
Thompson & Co. Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Thompson & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Reliable broker
