Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Thompson & Boyd Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Family business feel
Thompson & Boyd Insurance has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Thompson & Boyd Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
