Average experience
My experience with Thompson & Associates Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Room for improvement
Thompson & Associates Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Thompson & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Lost my documents
Thompson & Associates Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
