Slow and unresponsive
Thomas & Owen Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Thomas & Owen Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Five stars all around
Switched to Thomas & Owen Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Lost my documents
Thomas & Owen Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Couldn't be happier
