Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Thomas & McMillan Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Reliable broker

Does the job
Thomas & McMillan Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Coquitlam. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Thomas & McMillan Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
