Does the job
Thomas & Kim Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Sydney. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Thomas & Kim Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Thomas & Kim Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
