Solid broker
Thomas & Johnson Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Couldn't be happier

Lost my documents

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Thomas & Johnson Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Helpful but slow
