Solid broker
Thomas Insurance Group is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Fair pricing
Thomas Insurance Group offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Thomas Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
