Helpful but slow
The broker at Thomas & Howard Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Thomas & Howard Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Five stars all around
Switched to Thomas & Howard Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Room for improvement
Thomas & Howard Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
