Would recommend to anyone

Room for improvement
Thomas & Gray Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Solid broker
Thomas & Gray Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Thomas & Gray Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

The rates Thomas & Gray Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
