Five stars all around
Switched to Thibault Services d'Assurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Slow and unresponsive
Thibault Services d'Assurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Thibault Services d'Assurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
