Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Thibault Assurances Inc.. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Slow and unresponsive
Thibault Assurances Inc. was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

The rates Thibault Assurances Inc. found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
