Do not pick this insurance company for your vehicle. I have made 3 escalation calls on top of my father writing an escalation email to our insurance adjuster Tiphanie Houslin. The first escalations were done on July 15th and July17, my father never received an email till July 28th stating she will send it to a manager. I was told to wait 72 business hours to hear back, I never heard back and had to call them to make another escalation and told to wait 24 business hours to hear back, never heard back and had to make a 3rd escalation. This company and our insurance adjuster have given us the run around for almost a month since my accident. Stay away so you do not get treated like this too.

These guys are just awful. I don’t understand how what they do is even legal. I was with them for years had perfect payment history with them. Then out of the blue with zero heads up they upped my insurance by $100 a month say it’s because theft rate when up on my truck. I have perfect driving history and have done nothing to cause it to go up my self. After add $1200 a year on top of what I already owe them i came to a month where I needed some help because I had to put a bunch of money into other things so I called and asked them if I made two payments at the end of the month instead of one now and one next month. They said that was fine as long as I make the payment. I made the payment on time and then a week later it told they are cancelling my insurance because I was late. I told them I was told it was okay by them to wait because otherwise if I had known they would cancel it I would have made sure to make the payment on time again. They said they will refund me and then sent me back less then what they owe me. All around a terrible company if you can avoid using them then do that.

Hitch hiking to work 20 minutes each way for 6 am to 2 pm, 2 pm -10 pm shifts During The Winter! just wanted my old policy that was affordable and paying, not A new one with one big payment and out of budget payments each month. You are best Nordic, Not!

If there was a way to put in negative stars I would First of all, I got in an accident after hours and you cannot submit a claim until business hours. It took over a month for them to make a decision on the claim. And then they tried to blame me for not calling in until 2 weeks after my accident. This was not the case. Now that I have accepted the offer for the claim, nobody is returning my calls to get my rental car. These guys are a joke

Worst insurance company I have ever experienced. 3 months and they haven’t sent me any new insurance cards, zero updates on policy. They are still taking money out of my account that was for my old policy. They are absolutely useless and cannot do their jobs.
