The Indian Lady that was working there today (May 16, 2025 at 2pm) was sooo aggressively rude and mean! We are planning to renew our insurance with my mom but because I am not comfortable with the way this lady talks to me and my mom so I did not continue, we went to near by BCAA, people there was way nicer. We are talking to her nicely but shes responding rudely. I hope this lady can read this, maybe you are in a wrong career if you dont know how to work nicely with people. Remember that life is short to be mean to people, at the end of the day it will always feel better if you choose to be kind.

The lady I spole tooc(sarah) was so klnd and informative. She gave me the ins and outs of icbc how to handle them and was honestly so kind. You catch more flies with honey than you do vinegar. Be nice to them.

The worst workers ever. It was not my first time there, I always receive a bad service. There is an old lady working there today Saturday August 02 2025, in the afternoon, her name is Patricka or something like that not sure. She is not professional and not honest in answering my questions. She became so fast frustrated and mean to me. Every time I go there, I wish not to find her because I don't want her to help me. She is not a good helper, at the opposite she is a trouble maker. Today, she said I can't have access to my previous policy and she hidden very important information about my insurance and she keep saying that's the service and the system. She is the worst. I will never ever do any insurance there. 👎
