AVOID!!! TOOK 2 MONTHS TO JUST LOOK AT MY CLAIM! ASKED OVER 20 questions from every single oil change, every single license, didn’t believe my story of the accident, called my work, called the other party, called everyone and there grandma to investigate on there own, in the end I’m 70 years old and had to cancel the claim my self because they took 2 months for a response and wasn’t going to accept the claim let’s be real. They play you in your face. CHEAP FOR A REASON!!!

The worst. A company needs to understand that many are having financial struggles. I am a single mother that had to choose between groceries and my car insurance. I choose MY KIDS. I AM $100 short. I paid more than half and I just need 2 days after the due date to the remaining . They said no. That is disappointing. You are going to lose a customer over $100.

Earlier this year, I was involved in a car accident where another vehicle hit me on the passenger side - both doors eventually had to be replaced. From the moment I called CommonWell, through their contact with the other party’s insurance and then the Body Shop I selected, the experience was very smooth. Kristina was the one who assisted me throughout the process and she was incredibly helpful. An important point, since I saw some complaints about time: if an accident happens, it is VERY important that YOU document the incident as thoroughly as possible. Otherwise, the insurance company will need to dig deeper (and they have the right to do so), since you’ve transferred to them a responsibility that should have been YOURS in the first place. If you do your due diligence, you will make your Insurance Company's life (and inevitably your life) a lot easier.
