Okay but not great
Used Taylor & MacKenzie Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Taylor & MacKenzie Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Could be better
The rates Taylor & MacKenzie Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
