Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Taylor Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Taylor Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Family business feel
Taylor Insurance Services has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Okay but not great
Used Taylor Insurance Services for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
