Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Taylor Insurance Agency. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Does the job
Taylor Insurance Agency helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Calgary. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Slow and unresponsive
Taylor Insurance Agency was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
