Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Talon Insurance Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Slow and unresponsive
Talon Insurance Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
Talon Insurance Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
