Good value

I appreciate that Sutherland & Smith Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Reliable broker

Been with Sutherland & Smith Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Okay but not great

Used Sutherland & Smith Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Not what I expected

Based on reviews I expected more from Sutherland & Smith Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Pretty good

Sutherland & Smith Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with Sutherland & Smith Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Couldn't be happier

Switched all my insurance to Sutherland & Smith Insurance last year. Better coverage, lower premiums, and they handle all the paperwork. Couldn't be happier with the service.
