Poor communication
My biggest issue with Sutherland Insurance Ltd. was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Sutherland Insurance Ltd.. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Helpful staff
The staff at Sutherland Insurance Ltd. were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Sutherland Insurance Ltd.. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Okay but not great
Used Sutherland Insurance Ltd. for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
