Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Sutherland Insurance Agency. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Does the job
Sutherland Insurance Agency helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Calgary. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Sutherland Insurance Agency. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Lost my documents
Sutherland Insurance Agency lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
