Good overall experience
Had a good experience with Sutherland & Holmes Insurance. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

My experience with Sutherland & Holmes Insurance was average. They found decent auto insurance rates but nothing spectacular. Communication could be improved.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Sutherland & Holmes Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
