Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Sutherland & Collins Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Decent service

Could be better
The rates Sutherland & Collins Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
