Perfect for small business

Could be better
The rates Sutherland & Bell Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Sutherland & Bell Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Okay but not great
Used Sutherland & Bell Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
