Horrible place to buy insurance . Was trying to buy insurance and was dealing with a older grey haired lady that had her name tags hidden( now I know why) . Very poor knowledge of insurance , nasty , argumentative , and she says is they are to 'push people through - not to answer questions' at this firm. HUH ? She has no idea what she is taking about. Its dangerous I feel to buy insurance from this place . Its a "insurance factory" type feeling . No time spent on client , 100% time pushing products you dont need , so they get their commission ! Run , dont walk.... from this place . I took my business elsewhere and was very impressed with another firms service . I sense these folks at this Broker, have disdain for their management and clients . As a client here you are NOT valued ! They dont like you !

I was immediately turned away from a clerk with no advice and poor communication. I had to confront the front desk to get a proper answer. If you're given a non-answer, ask for a different worker.

Management needs a lesson in customer service. Arrived a few minutes before closing to do a simple vehicle transfer after driving across courtenay because they say open until 7:00. I was told by a very nice employee that she would get in trouble from the manager for helping me after 6:45. Getting in trouble for providing great service is just crazy i hope all there employees leave.

Worst place to buy insurance . Agents and manager dont what they are advising their client, giving out wrong rate class to client , which affects there insurance when making claim with icbc, and when taking it back to them to accept their mistake ,blames back on client. Manager is the worst person to deal with, she tries to bully you around thinking that client doesnt know anything. Best places to get your insurance is co-operators in comox or waypoint in comox. Be aware eveyone, they are dishonest.

Horrible service. Messed up my boyfriends insurance and didnt cancel the insurance for his vehicle that was totalled in a crash when we went there to do just that and switch over insurance to the new car. He signed all the paperwork for the cancelation, confirmed multiple times with the lady etc and the lady he was dealing with never sent in the paperwork for the cancelation so he was being charged 2 insurances. One for the old truck that has been in the scrap yard for over 3 months that he got paid out for and the new car he is currently driving. It messed up his insurance and made payments bounce and now he has been going back and forth between icbc and the bank for the past 2 weeks to get the extra charges refunded and this issue revolved. He almost lost his monthly payment plan due to the multiple mistakes they made. They dont even take any accountability for any mistakes they make. Beware!! Please run from this place. Do not ever go here!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
