Sussex Insurance - First Okanagan

The lady was very rude. She was not happy at all to help. She said so many times that she spent 15 minutes helping us. They should be happy to help the customers because customers doesn’t know how their system works. Extremely bad service. If there was an option i would give 0 star.

I've been here many times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Quick, professional service with awesome personalities behind the counters, and you can't ask for much more. They are also open to nine which is a major help as a majority of the time I end up selling/insuring vehicles after I'm off work! Most definitely check them out for your insurance needs.

The older lady working at around 6pm on October 2nd 2024( Walmart location ) made more then one extremely rude comment to my partner as he was there renewing his auto insurance. I understand not being bright and full of cheer every second of your shift but these comments were uncalled for and offensive in my opinion. Avoid this location at all costs and go somewhere else for your insurance needs where the employees have even the slightest bit of courtesy towards their clients. Amazing experience!!! I've dealt with Dev two times in the past month.. he helped me figure out the best options for my very complicated situation! He litterly stayed to get my truck legal until 9:18pm .. Officially my favorite Insurance Broker ... An absolute &Total Gem!! I will not be going anywhere else for my insurance!!!
