They should have more ppl working it’s takes way to long just to do some paper work

Was on the phone with Anna and I must say that is the most pleasant interaction I have had with anyone ever!! She is so kind, helpful and polite and truly blessed me with her service. Anna you’re very much appreciated and your work matters!! you’re awesome and I’m so glad got made you!! You are valued in both His eyes and mine !

I arrived to do a transfer at 6:45 the stores closed at 7 plenty of time to complete my transfer as the papers were filled out and just needed the advisors to perform the computer work. They had zero interest or intentions on helping me. How can a place that is open for customer service, turn people away when they are still open? I've never been turned away from a business cause it's too close to closing time, this is pathetic. Yea I understand it was close to closing but we still had plenty of time to perform the required to perform the service. 0/5 stars Also change your online information it states in two different locations your open 9-9 everyday.

I always use this location and am fairly satisfied when done. I highly recommend their wonderful staff member Anna for any help you may need. She is efficient, knows what shes doing through and through and was extremely helpful. She truely goes above and beyond. Will certainly use this location every time i need insurance help.

Ended up there when having issues navigating the necessary paperwork to change my out-of-province vehicle and license. Due to a missing document, I could not proceed with the scheduled vehicle inspection and was recommended to see if Sussex Insurance could help me obtain my out-of-province details. I honestly felt so defeated when I got there and the agent Kim was so calm, so receptive, just listened and heard me out and offered to call head office and find out more. She was calm, cheerful, professional, kind. While I stood at the counter for quite some time as she waited on hold and addressed my concerns, I saw her smile and acknowledge people behind me, likely other Walmart staff or previous clients of hers. She had the energy of someone who is good at what they do, and does it with sincerity & authenticity, someone who does her best to be a kind colleague and uplift others in subtle ways. Gradually over the time she took to unravel my issue, I began to feel more in control of my situation and less defeated and stressed. She wasn't able to resolve the issue, however she was able to help me feel some relief and confidence that I could fix the document issue somehow. A colleague of hers also suggested a different location for a vehicle inspection which would be closer to where I live and I was later able to book in there even as I continue to sort out the missing document. I was not and am not a customer of Sussex Insurance. Kim and her colleagues did not have any reason to have listened and heard me out and tried to help me. And yet Kim and her colleagues did. Given my encounter and experience there yesterday, I wouldost definitely recommend Sussex and the excellent care and attention they provide!
