Troy is the man. Has over 30 years of insurance experience, super professional, helpful and knowledgable with insurance products doesn’t try to upsell you on things that you don’t need and explains things thoroughly even if it’s 8 o’clock at night he really takes the time. This is the location to use in the Tri-Cities if you want a positive experience save yourself time don’t go to the Walmart location.

It’s sunday and already 9:40am and nobody there. no sign that shows working hours. On Google sows operation hours from 9:am. Misrepresentation on Google.. Or just management laziness to put sign on the front of the business with proper operational hours

I have been using their car insurance for years. Reason? Their extraordinary customer service they offer. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. They go through all ICBC policies and answering your concerns, but are not pushy! It's conveniently located inside Superstore. Even though you can renew your policy online now, I will keep going to this location to appreciate their service and great work.
