Slowest Insurance office on earth. Highly don’t recommend. Unless you just want to watch the agents take their time and tell you to come back tomorrow. Never seen such incompetent agents. Its not even a language barrier.

I have gone here several times for car insurance due to the location. The language barrier with the employees is absolutely insane. I don’t care where somebody is from, but this level of English aptitude is not for someone in the insurance/service industry. I asked to transfer my plates from my Toyota to my Mercedes. When I saw he could not comprehend what I was saying after the third time I left to speak with someone who spoke better English and that person understood right away. Yesterday I went back after selling a vehicle and the agent working messed up the transfer form, and started annoying my buyers by asking them the same questions repeatedly that they could barely understand due to a thick accent as well. She also told me that the mileage of my vehicle had no effect on the value of it, which absolutely anybody knows is incorrect. Not only can they barely speak/comprehend English, they’re not even versed in their own policies and regulations. My Buyer became notably agitated when she asked them for the third time how much deductible they wanted for their collision and comprehensive, even though they had answered. They started looking at me with wide eyes cause they could not believe how this simple sale was being so over complicated. They told me other places never gave them such issues. Prior to this at the same visit another employee repeatedly told me to get away from his work area (which is part of the front desk) because he was busy. I told him I had understood the first time, he was extremely agitated and rude for no good reason. Conclusion: Good location, horrible service, very slow, major language barriers.

Called them to get a quote for Replacement. The person who picked up the phone seemed not very interested. He asked me for my VIN number. I said that I can provide my DL number and date of birth so he can access my ICBC. It’s way easier to copy and paste all the info from there tbh. He said “no, that’s not how it works”. Got replacement from somewhere else. Easy 😁

I needed information about selling a car for someone unable to do so personally. Karim was professional, clearly experienced and alerted me to many specifics I wouldn't have been prepared for, as it wasn't a straightforward situation. When time came to actually sell the car, he offered to attend on his day off to ensure it went as needed. However, his colleague, Dal, offered and managed the selling process as well as the details for the Power of Attorney and management of previous owner's insurance. All was handled with utmost courtesy, patience and assistance for our many questions. I have used this agency for personal insurance in the past and they have always been good to deal with. This transaction exceeded good customer service and I am happy to offer this recommendation.
